Transparent Keyboard
Anybody know the Mac keyboard shortcut/command for choosing an application easily?
I have a Macbook, and usually if I want to open an application not in my dock, I use the spotlight command (command + space bar). A few times, passing other people that have Macs, i have seen them search for applications using some keyboard command that brings up a translucent box in the middle of their screen. I have been trying to find this command, but cannot. Once again, its a search for an application (i.e. program) that brings up a semi-transparent box in the middle of the screen that searches through the applications while you type in the name, Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Command+Option+Space will bring up the Spotlight window.
If that doesn't work use AppleMenu>SystemPreferences>Keyboard to set the key combination of your choice to that.
