Adapter Converter
Where can I find an adapter/converter to plug my HDMI cable into the VGA port of my Acer one netbook?
It's an 18ft built-in cord and I don't want to open the wall. Is it cheaper to buy a computer with HDMI port? 
If you are trying to connect an HDTV's HDMI input to your Acer VGA port to use the HDTV as a monitor, there are NO cables that can do that.
An HDTV's HDMI port requires a DIGITAL video signal. Your Acer's VGA port can only send out an ANALOG video signal. Digital is NOT compatible with Analog, no matter what cable adapters you try to use.
