Arm Keyboard
Why can't I rest my right arm/hand? - it bothers me - I have to move it..?
I don't know what's going on with my right arm/hand - maybe excessive use of keyboard? - but if I rest it I feel very uncomfortable and have to move it/crack it and sometimes it just shakes and when I try to force it like.. use the muscles it shakes/feels weak. I constantly have to like roll my shoulder.. don't know how to explain.. could this be a symptom of Parkinson's? I'm very worried!
Sounds like Carpal Tunnel... especially with excessive playing of the keyboard. I have to say I found chiropractic work very beneficial with my CT in my elbows. After I get worked on I always ice to help with inflammation.
Don't be afraid of the chiropractor- I consider myself to be the worlds number one whimp! I love going now, I feel so much better and I'm mad at myself for not going sooner!
