How do I replace the backlight inverter in a Dell Latitude D620?

I have a Dell Latitude D620 that needs a new backlight inverter. I bought a replacement and removed the display bezel. Now it looks like a silver colored metal piece covering the old one. How do I get the old one out? Thanks.
Thanks. I removed the screw but it still doesn't seem to want to move. Does it "snap" out or slide out?

The easiest way is to remove the panel from the laptop. There are 2 screws on each side of the display panel that need to be removed and then it will lean forward and lay flat on the keyboard. At the bottom of the display will be the backlight inverter held in with a very small Phillips screw. Use a jewelry screwdriver to remove this screw and the unplug the old inverter, 1 connection on each end. Plug the new inverter back into the cables and reinsert the mounting screw. Lift the display back into the cover and mount with the screws that you removed. Snap the bezel back on and power up the unit. All should be good as new.

They are sometimes held in with glue or double side tape but it should come out without much pressure. Are you removing the whole inverter including the plastic sleeve or are you trying to pull the inverter out of the sleeve before you remove it? The sleeve should come out too.
