How do I re-activate the Bluetooth device on my Dell 830?
Recently, my Dell computer crashed and I had to reinstall the whole thing from zero. This computer has Bluetooth integrated and I cannot reactivate it and there is no icon for it under control panel. I think I missed that somewhere while I was recovering the system. How can I reactivate it? I do have all the CDs that came with the computer.
Yup, looks like you missed to install the Bluetooth Driver. In you Drivers Disc, look for it under Network. Alternatively, you can download it from Dell Support Site. Here's the link for your model's drivers page. Select your OS (XP/Vista) and look for the Bluetooth module under Network.
