Coverage of major football matches on internet if you are non-resident in UK. Where?
It's quite frustrating to see how SKY TV has ruined international sport coverage, in particular football. People around Europe just don't get to listen or watch the event. Was this the aim of FIFA, UEFA and the national FA ? Lastnight I tried in vain to find something for the Manchester United v Roma ...result ..nothing.
A few years ago RTL ( Germany ) did the same when getting Eurosport banned from transmitting F1 over german speaking nations. This resulted in F1 not being able to be seen by countries from Finland down to Portugal ( the satellite footprint ).
The public are interested in major sports and it's a shame that the greed of private Pay-TV ruins it.
Thats had my rant , but I'd still like to know if major sports can be put at least onto internet radio ( iBBC is only available in GB! ).
