Panasonic Thoughbook

The pointer jumps to the bottom-right corner of the screen, What do i do to fix it?

It is a Panasonic Thoughbook CF-29 ( windows XP) and the problem is that the pointer jumps to the bottom-right corner of the screen (and sometimes moves by itself). What can i do to fix that?
i have already tried what these guys below said.

I suspect your mouse touchpad is so sensitive that it's picking up your hands as they move over it even without them touching it. Look around for a way to turn off or reduce the sensitivity of the touchpad.

I've been told, although I don't have a laptop to try it on, that you can do this:

In Windows XP:

1.Right-click My Computer and select Properties.
2.Click the Hardware tab.
3.Click the Device Manager button.
4.Find Touchpad in the list. (May be inside Mice and other pointing devices.)
5.Expand it, right-click on it and Disable it (Don't Uninstall it!)

In Windows Vista (possibly Windows 7 too)

1.Right-click Computer and select Properties.
2.Click the Hardware tab.
3.Click the Device Manager link on the left.
4.Continue as in Step 4, above.

Hope that helps.
