I have a Dell computer that is running Vista Basic. And i have Microsoft Security Essentials to protect it, Bu?

My problem is it has been detecting a program that is named
Worm:Win32/Autorun.HN
It says it has a severe danger level and it uses the internet or something..And i Remove it or Quarentine it each time but As soon as i restart the computer it comes back....How do I remove it? What will it do? Please help!
