Help! The touch keys of my Vaio AW series laptop stopped working and I dont know how to activate them again?
Yesterday, I was using my Sony Vaio AW series laptop without any problems when suddenly I noticed that the mute and volume keys on the number pad of the keyboard stopped working. I also tried the touch keys and they didn't work either. I restarted the laptop and they still don't work. Can someone please tell me what I did and how can I fix this. Thanks a lot.
Go to the control panel and click Vaio control centre. Under the categories tab, click special buttons and check their settings. If that doesn't wok, then its not software failure but hardware failure. You should bring your Vaio to a Sony Center and get it fixed. Good luck.
