How can you repair a chip in the T-shirt that glow in the dark sticker off?

I tried using light of tulips in black paint with a brush, but the base of the paint is thin and watery.IS there a gleam in the thickest paint white black avialable somewhere, or maybe another techinique i can use?

The addition of powder glow in the dark to your painting would be the more obvious and more ... that the powder can be purchased online or perhaps in some craft or art supply stores. You might be use other powders as fillers, but most of them will be opaque or oversized particles do not make the particles already Gitd in the paint less glowy. Here are some suggestions for those who might be ... Microfine polyester "Glitter" in a "holographic" or whitish brilliant (what kind of glitter is a tiny particle size and could keep more thought to shine?) cornstarch ... ... or try other things and let it dry to see what happens, you can simply use more than one layer of paint Gita (after each coat dry) which will enhance the overall thickness of the material glow. Do not mix the paint with a white paint Gitd * * well because white paintings always contain titanium doxiode / etc and are therefore opaque (no light comes through), and the opacity may block much of your brilliance. You can, however, apply a coat of white paint, let dry, then apply your paint Gitd since white things presented themselves Gitd a bit better (and certainly if your t-shirt was not already). And btw, using the word "decal" is confusing ... you do not seem be using a decal, paint. If the paint is peeling, which is a separate problem in that it simply is not enough well respecting what can happen for several reasons: ... t-shirt was not washed before painting and came with the sizing / etc in which acted as resist the paint ... or fabric softener was used if the shirt has been washed, which also acted as a resist ... painting was only placed on the surface of t-shirt, not worked down into the fibers with the brush or applicator tip, if the paint was not real enough fabric to hang under the fuzz ... paint was used as continuous or large areas that many fine lines without be is to be a "fabric painting, or unless you have added" textile medium "to make a" fabric painting "(.. textile medium added to acrylic paint that creates a regular dry softer and more flexible than plain acrylic paint would be less liable to crack when bent) ... painted t-shirt has been washed too soon after painting - takes at least a week for acrylics fully "cure" in addition to simply "drying" (can also be good for washing clothes painted upside down or in a mesh bag) Hope anything helps, Diane B.
