Can I use any USB wired keyboard for my PS3?

Hi! Thank You for helping. I am planning on using a keyboard for my PS3, and I am wondering if I can use any plain USB keyboard for the PS3, for example the $20 ones by Dynex at Best Buy? And If possible, can I use a regular mouse that is also USB with my PS3?

MOST keyboards and mice will work with the fex exceptions of certain Microsoft ones that I have tried that require special driver installations. The best bet is to use a standard Microsoft or Logitech wired keyboard with no extra keys or F mode.
