Keyboard Wrist
What is the best ergonomic mouse on the market for the elimination of wrist pain and strain?
Let's assume cost is not the most important factor ... (Prevention dominant strain). I spend a good amount of time on the computer, and I found that split ergonomic keyboards are really effective in preventing stress in the wrists. Unfortunately, I have been much less successful find the perfect mouse. I had been using a Logitech Trackball Mouse ergonomic, and had not helped, my wrist and the nerves of some my fingers are still very painful. I recently bought one of their non-ball ergonomic wireless mouse - which is much better (and really cool), but also not 100% effective. Is there a mouse out there that completely relieves the fatigue of the wrist and prevents the emergence of the best, and welcomes those who suffer carpal tunnel?
You can try a "whale" mouse, the entire hand is placed on the mouse and you use it more and moving with shoulder with your forearm and wrist.
