Dell Precision 380 Workstation problem turning it on?

I just bought a Dell Precision 380 Workstation with Dual-Core, I got it yesterday then after a few hours I got it home I plugged it in and pushed the power button but then it didn't work. All in it is just fine (my dad says so ). He tried to take some of the ram, take out the video card, and others.

your question is incomplete needs more indications
like is its power on and no display
or No power or any beeps etc.
if there are no power on may be power supply problem.
