Travel Keyboard
I want to write while traveling. Is there a simple keyboard and screen with simple software to use?
I write a lot and dont want to carry my laptop with me each time I have to travel because it's a pain (heavy, loaded with so many things I dont need, uncomfortable, etc). I just want the simplest device: a small screen, a keyboard (not that small as in a cell phone, but more like in a laptop), and loaded with just an editor, for example, MS Word. I cannot find anything like this (I dont even know how to call it), and I cannot believe it does not exist. Please help!
Ultra-portable notebook is something you might want to consider. That is pretty much what you described. I worked with several of them - most have 11-12 inch screen and weight as little as 2 pounds and will fit into a light messenger bag or won't take much room in your backpack.
Most of them aren't too cheap, but the prices got much lower compared to the same perioid one year ago.
